SHOOTING AND FINISHING

Fall 2023

Ran by our licensed coaching professionals, NJ Velocity' Shooting and Finishing program is designed to develop and improve the individual players shooting technique through a series of carefully designed exercises. Our coaches focus on the two major shooting techniques; power and finesse.

Throughout the one hour session, players will complete high repetition, high intensity shooting to a goal using the techniques learned.
